So many Sedona visitors return here over and over again. Many coming almost annually. Why? We could ask a thousand people and get a thousand answers, but a pattern emerges. While Sedona is not big physically, around 12,000, but it is big magic. A transformative energy pervades the entirety of Sedona and certain other parts of the Verde Valley. You may well ask, what does that mean?

I often refer people to the TV show CLEAN HOUSE on the Style Network or website. It is a TV show which shows people, who have lost control of their homes and lives. A wonderful team of people come into their home. They clean it, repair it and take out the junk and trash. This team explains (over and over) to people that a lot of their “stuff” is junking up their house and their lives. They sell the old stuff in a yard sale, then they redecorate and give them an updated and beautiful home, and an uncluttered and new future. One of the most interesting parts of the show is watching people have to make a decision about the things they need to give up and sell at the yard sale. This show explains far better than I can what happens to our lives, our minds and our energy patterns. Most of us keep all the unnecessary things in a place in which we need function, use  energy, and  management  Life itself. This affects us daily in hundreds of ways and situations. If you haven’t seen this show, it is well worth a half an hour of your life. Then, while YOU would never live like that, ask yourself, truly, are you really living like this energetically?

So why Sedona? It’s like the beautiful Hotel people go to on CLEAN HOUSE, where these people go while all the work is being done in their home. It is where they rest, temporarily relieve their energy patterns and regroup. A place where they plan how they want their life to be, how they are going to create good things  in the their future. For a day or a few, Sedona visitors are relieved of immeasurable pressure, from past lives, the impending future and especially the now. The Red Rocks, majestic vistas, green trees, spiritual energy, hikes, even the spa treatments and great restaurants … help them, if only while they are in Sedona. Yes!,  helps for a while, for some it is just a rest, for others it can be a fix.

Sedona is one of the few places in the world you can find this type of help, the most famous and many think the most beautiful.
